  1. Notice that the y value doesn't change.  It's a horizontal line.

    y = -3

    Do : Y2-Y1/x2-x1

    But this ones easy because the Y Value does not change

  3. y=0+-3

    You take the points and put them on a graph.

    Then you take the slope, which in the case happens to be zero, and add the y-intercept, which is three.

    or y=0/(-)x+-3

    (-) is negitive
