it makes no sense.

thats like saying that black people will become white in any country that has white people in them. so i dont think white people will move with black people since racist white people are always whining about black people in the united states, like if they owned united states, when its a cultural diversity country, with all the "free and liberty" bull.

Man's nature is to move to places that are better than the one he's currently in.

The average place in Africa doesn't seem to fit that scenario.  Thus I don't think many people would make that move.
