If a magician came to your table in a restaurant...?

what sort of tricks/illusions would you like him/her to perform for you while you were waiting for your meal? What are your thoughts on restaurant magic - if a magician spent a few minutes entertaining you at your table - would you like it, hate it? Your thoughts please.

I don't really care for it. He was doing card tricks. I'm not a magic person that much.

I have had one come to my table recently at a TGI Fridays restaurant -- I was with my wife and kid, but we were in the middle of a discussion.  We politely asked him to try again another time and he did move on to another table.

This is fine with me.  A little entertainment can help make the experience enjoyable if you want it.  As long as they aren't pushy by insisting they perform for you, there's no issue as far as I am concerned.

Thinking about it again, if it were someone like Criss Angel, I think we'd have gladly ended our conversation and watched him.   lol

i have done that before it was fun he did this wierd thing where he chopped my brothers finger off but he didnt

No, I usually just like to be with my husband in a corner both or something.

If the restaurant has booze and I am sipping I enjoy things like that. Anything but a MIME then I can't stand it.

If a  magician came to the table at the  kind of restaurants I  currently eat at I would be very annoyed. I eat at quiet, places where I can relax and enjoy a  meal with my husband. However, I am expecting a baby and  if I went to a family oriented place with my  child in a few years time  and a magician came to the table and could keep my kid entertained for a few minutes while we waited for  him / her to be fed  and give my husband and I a few moments peace I would be THRILLED  :)
