  1. When he has read a good book.

  2. Like numbers( counting numbers) which has a  line of infinite value, it goes on and on;  the human brain works on the same principle. The brain   has  infinite space that can  accept and retain information learned through experiences, by reading, by things seen/observed  and heard. It  keeps  functioning as long as the  person is alive and healthy.

  3. It never fills up.  Only when one dies or is afflicted with Alzheimer's does the person stop accumulating knowledge.

  4. when it becomes narrow minded and thinks it knows everything

  5. once it gets to be as big as Brainiac's

  6. ....it doesn't get full because only a few laborers/crews in the vessel are working extra hours while the rest are lazy and inactive....

  7. That point may be hard to reach since at present, studies show that humans use only 10% of their brains.

  8. Never, the brain has an automatic data compression function

  9. it will never happen here in the philippines because of "brain drain"

  10. That is why, we have a mouth, it works as an overflow control valve, anytime, a man thinks, he has enough knowledge, he will open his mouth and spill it out and become stupid again......

  11. Wow... That's like asking how high can you stack ****...

  12. The human bain (male or female) will never be "full" in the real sense of the word because as to date, human beings only use 1/3 of their brain capacity.
