If a man gets hit in the testicles, does it really prevent him from having children?

Well, it varies. The tesitcles are spongy to help protect themselves from average blows. So a normal kick in the balls or aciddently hit yourself (however that can happen, I have seen plenty of funny videos of it happening lol) will not hurt them.

But, an EXTREMELY hard blow enough to severly bruise or crush them, could possible lead to sperm production deminishing or stop completly.

So basically, its both a myth and truth.

No it isn't just a joke. Depending on how hard he is hit it could damage one of his testicles. If that happens it can prevent him from having children. Girls find it funny to do that but in reality it isn't. It is wrong and very painful and shouldn't happen no matter what he does. If a girl doesn't want a guy to hit her, she shouldn't hit him either, especially not there.

i was supposed get my testies removed since i had torsion which was a miracle that the doctors saved my testies.And i even said YES NOW I CAN HAVE BABIES.And the doc said regardless of the removal u can still have babies with ur testies removed. So i say its a myth.But every person is saying its true!

YEESSSSSS!!!!!!! if you hit them too hard you can permanantly sterilize them and/or change their voice. ive been hit REALLY hard. it hurts sooooo freaking bad and my voice changed for a bit but i was fine. i actually had to check if it still worked XD

It's not a myth, if you get hit really hard it can cause some problems.

It's not funny at all when you get hit down there. It hurts insanely. Not even funny.
