  1. no SHE! wouldn't be as SHE! is a female who was unlucky enough to be BORN with a birth defect that caused HER brain to develop as female while her body developed as male this is scientific/medical fact not something we made up or decided one day because we were board it is treated as both a psychological and physical disorder we change our bodies because it is easier to correct the physical defect than than the physiological defect as it is hard wired in our brains and if you compare a mri of mine and another woman's brain the will look quite similar but if you compare either of our mri's to a male brain even a homosexual male's brain it will look very different. plus im 5'4 and 115lbs and can barely lift my 5 yr old niece and a bit of a fraidy cat so i might have a bit of trouble running through the desert with a gun.

  2. No, because after you had a s*x change you are no longer the oppsite s*x.

  3. I think they would have to be because they aren't biologically women. They were born as men and will die as men, no matter if they have their parts or not.

  4. As the US Congress can't figure out what to do with women or g**s in the military (women aren't allowed to be drafted and g**s are restricted by "don't ask don't tell") I can't imagine them having a clue what to do with transsexual women. I think if men are expected to die for their country-so should women as well as transsexual women and men.

  5. To begin with SHE not He could not be allowed to serve in the military. This due to the mindless fears of homosexuality which is altogether different than transsexuality but they would rationalize things in this archaic manner. Any person they consider male would be exempt and even disallowed to serve his or her country. The level of discriminatory thinking even prevents us from serving our country honorably!

  6. Once the hormone supplements are stopped, he will revert back to his natural self and will be ready for combat, with some training.

  7. No. Based on mental health.

  8. If women get conscripted, yes.

  9. Ok, just because some guy had his wanker chopped off and some b***s implanted does not mean he is a woman. Men and women are born with specific DNA and until that can be changed we are who God made us, no matter what kind of equipment we have sewn on or cut off.

  10. No, there is no way they would take him. They'd find some excuse... anything really, just as long as they don't have to deal with that.

"Uh, no I'm sorry... err, there was a clerical mistake. You haven't been conscripted, your... um, ahhhhh... your blood type! It's all wrong. We can't take you, that's all.

Sargent, please show this gentlem... just get her out of her!"

  11. A transwoman would not be considered for conscription in most countries.  Being transsexual is still classified as a mental disorder, mainly because "normal" people do not understand how someone would want to live as the other gender unless they have a mental problem.  Since Israel conscripts men and women, a transwoman may be required to serve there.

From the moment that she started taking estrogen, the military would not be interested in her, provided that she was honest about her meds.

  12. Firstly, 'a man' doesn't 'have a s*x change to be a woman'...a transsexual woman does.

A transsexual woman is NOT a man; she is born transsexual, and has treatment to correct that condition.

Whether a transsexual woman should or should not be available for conscription is a moot point; The armed forces will not accept transsexual recruits, because they (erroneously) consider transsexualism to be a 'mental disorder'.

A serving soldier who 'comes out' as transsexual MAY be allowed to continue to serve (different forces have different rules), but if so, will be moved to a non-active role.
