  1. I don't think they keep the fetus after the abortion. I am pretty sure they dispose of it somehow.

  2. Bury it?   No, he can't.     It is discarded as medical waste.

  3. How about couples actually talk about this BEFORE they drop their pants. I know people always laugh at me for suggesting this, but come on it's a very serious thing - whether you think abortion is good or killing a child. Accidents can happen, we don't yet have a 100% safe contraceptive so if you feel really strongly about it you should make sure your partner has the same views.

  4. If he knows beforehand the best thing to do is to make sure she knows that he wants to bury the fetus. That way the body is not just throw out as garbage.

If they throw the body, then I think he has a right to sue them. Since they have cause him an emotional grivance. And you should be able to sue for any grivance. At least that is what was sold to us in the constitution.

  5. that is just plain sick - on many levels.  however, anybody can sue anybody - doesn't mean you'll win your 'case' however, you'll have to sue the woman too since it's half hers.  Condoms work wonders you know ~ abstinence is even better.

  6. SHE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO GET THE ABORTION!

Sure it was the man's sperm but its the woman that would have to carry it around for 9 months, go through the pain of birth (plus she could die in labor) while he reaps the "benefits" of fatherhood until he decides it's too much and abandons her?

Hopefully a court wouth throw that case OUT.

  7. He can sue, but he won't win.  If he does win, he must have a super lawyer.
