Has the mother's will been probated or has her trust been distributed?And has the title to the house been transferred to the son?  If the answers are yes then the house and the rest of the inheritance are the son's property.  The son's property would be disposed of according to the terms of his will or trust.

Yes.  Once the mothers estate is probated, the property is his, and will be dealt with like any other of his property upon his death, which is to say, unless he has a will indicating otherwise, it would go to his wife and children according to the intestacy laws wherever he is.
