OK, here's the story. I work at BestBuy and one of our good managers got fired for having a relationship with an employee. Of course he and the other employee got fired but now there is this other manager who is friends with about five employee's and goes out and drinks and parties with them. I was playing around on MySpace when I came across three pictures of the manager with those five other employee's and thought about giving them to the general manager. The manager was holding a Bud Light in all three photo's...I'm not sure what to do...this manager is really mean to me and everyone else who isn't in there High School social click, although the manager is about 35 years old. I just don't know what to do because I also believe that that manager had the other manager fired and he was so cool with everyone. I don't see the fairness anywhere I go these days...Please help me. Should I give my GM the photo's? It'll be totally anonymous...and no one would know it was me. The kids he's drinking with are not even 21 yet except for one other guy...

  1. Yes. This manager should've known the risks of being found out using MYSPACE. Go for it.

  2. oh h**l yeah,

    turn the prick in!!!!

he's contributing to underage drinking, plus he's a d**k to you at work. bust his @ss.

EDIT- i've got a good idea of how you feel, I have eleven years retail experience, same simalar situations have happened in the past, retail seems to attract them.

  3. A 35 yr old manager should know better than to party with kids. Personally I would report it as you state it would be anonymous. The Gm could just as easily fund them on MY Space as you did. There should never be anything put  on the net that you do not want made public knowledge. People are finding more and more that My Space and You Tube are coming back to bite them in the behind because employers are now also researching those sites when getting back ground on new hires.
