If a match is stopped by weather & then 1 players handicap changes before resumption which handicap applies?

The reason for the delay was weather. The match could not continue until 3 days later due to competitors other commitments.

You don't change a players handicap in the middle of a match regardless of the delay.  Complete the match under the handicaps that it was started with.

The match would resume at whatever hole the delay occurred and the match would be played at the handicaps used prior to the delay.

the handicap as stated at the start of tourny . is the official handicap . it was thehandicap of the day . only valid handicap . does not matter if it went from 15 to plus 4 . it is a 15 handicap . any person who would dispute this point , insult the person in question . tossed out for being unaware of vthe rules of golf . toss the complainers out of tournament for cheating . which they are doing by getting into the persons head . those who cant play . have yo use this type of cheap shot . toss them . they dont belong in the tourny .
