  2. thats what they do normally,but if the country doesnt want to do so, they can refuse to grant citizenship, this is not gonna happen though as we live in a goody goody PC world

    because my father was born in kuwait while my grandfather and grandmother were working there at the time and they are british, and my dads a british citizen do i would think not

  4. If the parents are in the country legally and have permanent residence (ILR) there I don't see why not.

    I object to any child of illegal parents (unless the other parent is legal) obtaining citizenship.
