    Right to marry: A minor between the ages of sixteen and eighteen must have parental consent to marry, and if under the age of sixteen must also have the written consent of a Supreme Court justice or Family Court judge, whether or not the minor is emancipated. Domestic Relations Law §15.

  8. It depends on the state, and if they are "fully" emancipated. In some states I have lived in, a minor can get different forms of emancipation - sometimes it only applies to certain things such as driving and holding a job, but they are still considered a minor in all other aspects of the law.

    You would have to check with the laws in your area. I would consult the lawyer who did the emancipation.
