I have a court document stating I acquire medical insurance for my daughter I wrote a letter allowing my x to do so with the agreement he would reimburse me his 50% of co-pays etc within 30 days he has not been doing this can I tell him the letter is null and void and obtain medical insurance for her again under me with the current court order? The notarized letter was never submitted to the courts.

  1. unless both parties signed the notarized agreement it is worthless.  The court order is still valid unless it has a termination date or a clause in it that could also stop it.  The court would have to issue an order to stop it.

You can have him charged with failing to obey a court ordered agreement and they can seize his assets if they want .  They can also garnishee his wages and withhold any government money such as tax returns etc.  I would contact the Family Court services and let them help you
