Nothing. The penalty is still taken then after it is kicked, it is full time.

ref can't blow until your kick is finished.

if u kick a goal it will not count because time has expired and  the ref has blown full time its the same as if it was a free kick at halfway

ok well im an afl umpire and funny enough this happend to me on sunday.

if a free kick is awarded and then the siren blows you call full time then send the player back to take his shot. During this time no player can leave the field and no one can enter the field or it will result in another free kick.
