  1. depends if someone saves them or not.


  2. well it takes awhile to sink and there could be another person in the car or a bystander that helps them so no they aren't automatically dead.

  3. Is the bridge over water?

    Actually, it takes a few minutes for a car to sink after it hits the water, so you'd stand a good chance of being rescued or at least making it out of the car.
