  1. not being true to themselves or God. not believing for the right reasons

  2. We don't know all the ways Jesus will give himself to others so that they get to heaven.

    Let me ask you this...

If one lived a good and charitable life and, since they didn't know Jesus, on their death bed Jesus came to that person and offered that person heaven if they accepted him, shouldn't that person accept?

I will submit that truly good and giving people, when shown the true Jesus, will accept him wholeheartedly, because his life was giving, forgiving and sacrifice beyond all of ours.  Why wouldn't ANY good person accept that?

  3. No, don't be silly to both of your questions.

  4. Avoiding h**l is kind of a negative way of approaching the spiritual part of life.  Doing good works and putting love into the world is a more positive way of living one's life.

  5. No, it makes 'em a whacko living in Lalaland trying to avoid something that doesn't exist by being a hypocrite

  6. After you are saved, you don't HAVE to worry about h**l anymore, because you are saved FOREVER. After you are saved, all you have to focus on is getting a stronger relationship with Christ, and witnessing to other who have not accepted Him yet.

Yes, it is selfish if you keep doing good things just to stay out of h**l, but then again that means your faith is in the wrong place, and you are not really saved in the first place

  7. It depends on what they do in order to avoid h**l.

If they spent most of their time helping others, you cannot call them selfish.

Love, forgive, teach, and let Jesus worry about h**l!
