  1. No,  no one has time to keep up with  all the Monica's blowing through the white house!!

  2. There is some controversy concerning this question.  However, I believe that the combination of the Twelfth and Twenty-second Amendments indicates that serving two full presidential terms does not bar someone from being vice president.

The Twelfth Amendment states that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice President of the United States."  I take this to mean ineligible for SERVICE, not ineligible for ELECTION.  The Twenty-second Amendment disallows a president from being ELECTED more than twice.  However, a former president serving as vice president would simply SERVE as president should the current president be unable to serve.  This person would not be able to run for president at the end of the term.

  3. No, because if the president was killed or incapacitated the VP would step in as president. That would qualify as a 3rd term, and is illegal.

  4. Yes, he could.

But he might have to step aside if the President were incapacitated or resigned.
