  1. The age goes according to the host's rules so no.  An 18 year old in your country probably could, assuming they had the coin.

  7. Online gambling is currently illegal in the USA (aka UIGEA law 2006). Banks are prohibited from carrying out financial transactions from online casinos to US citizens.

    The WTO ruled that this law is itself is illegal, and there is current debate about removing the hypocritical law from the statutes.

    There are ways around this, however, and a recent article lists trusted sites where this can be done.
