  1. You would definitely need a B complex. Everyone really does, even if they're not vegan. Also, if you don't get much sun a D supplement is needed. And everyone should take a good mineral complex. Basically, anything that is necessary and only found in animal products should be supplemented.

  2. vitamins B6 and B12

  3. Just like what Sami said, B6 and B12. B12 is the only one that you can't really get from plants, so you need to either take supplements or eat enriched foods (cereal, for example).

Everything else you should be able to get from a balanced diet. While you're making the transition, it might not be a bad idea to take calcium and/or iron until you're sure you're eating well. (Calcium, especially, if you've been relying on dairy.)

    Good luck!

  4. I simply eat 2 servings of fortified breakfast cereal and 2 servings of soy milk everyday.

That takes care of a great deal of my nutritional needs.

The rest of the food I eat is also healthy, so there is no need for me to takes pills or vitamins.

Peanut butter and faux meats are also an important part of my diet too.
