If a person is called for jury duty in Blair County April 2007 can she be again called in July 2008?

I was called for Blair County jury duty Hollidaysburg, PA April 2007..now I am being summoned for Federal Jury duty in Johnstown, PA for July 2008. Can they do this? How much time is there to be in between being summoned?

Normally it is two years, but you are talking about two different services.  Local and Federal.  Best you answer the summons and plead your case but I think you will be doing jury duty again.
