If a person is on Chapter 20 probation and gets put in jail for driving on a revoked license ?

Also arrested for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving on a revoked license. Will the probation likely be revoked and the person will go to prison?

failure to appear is enough to revoke your probation.

That will depend on what they want to do with you and how full the prisons are. They can put you on stricter probation supervision. I've seen parolees with worse charges they still are not sent back due to high populations in the prison. We only have so much space.
