and I cannot believe that somebody actually referred to Paris Hilton as an example of having her life together...that is frightening.

Some do, and some don't.

Money tends to magnify what people have in their character already.

Problems, dysfunction, and mental and emotional problems just get played out on a larger scale with more visibility.

Those who are healthy, balanced, stable, and content have more choices about how they experience happiness.

NO, Look at all the rich weirdos, like Leona Helmsley, or better yet, the ones who go through all their money, like OJ or yesterdays rock stars, kind of sad, isn't it?

no, there is always some issue that needs to be resolved.  I have a cousin who is married with kids that are grown and is living very comfortably.  The problem is the kids won't leave the house, and every dog that the family gets wants to bite their guests.  And no the dog was not trained to be a guard dog.  

It really depends on how they got rich, there are people who win the lottery and spend their thousands or even millions within a year.  If they are a self made person, they may not actually ever really enjoy their money,  some people like to make it not spend it.  And others who do actually enjoy their money have to be aware of their friends because people who spend money can very popular until they are broke.

Plus if you are rich, credit card companies will hunt you down, there are all kinds of gimmicks to get you to invest or build credit.  

I think I'd rather be poor now that I think of it, I'll buy baking supplies from all the pennies off the street and make my own bread.

Nah, they coulda just inherited the money. The if they're really irresponsible they could only be rich for a short amount of time and spend it all on things that are pretty much worthless.

Money will just get you better things and allow you to experience more.

It will not change whats on the inside if you're seriously down money won't suddenly cure you and get your life together. It will not buy you true love either. But money is important anyone who says it isnt is lying to you. :)
