If a person online (webcam chat) makes a threat towards others, should you report it and if so, to who?

I was messing around on a webcam chat room earlier, and there were 2 people there making threats about getting together and "raping and killing" people.....they were 2 young guys. I looked at one of the guys on the webcam and he put a knife up to his neck to make a "slit" motion and was just talking smack to every one in the room. I realize that people online are full of sh#t, but I also don't want to turn a blind eye to some one who could really cause trouble in person....what should I do? Just ignore it? Just report it to the web administrators?
