  1. no because if they do always lie they would say i never lie!


  2. There is no way of telling. A liar may occasionally speak the truth and a truthful person can occasionally lie.

  3. It's the liar paradox.  I'm of the opinion that it's neither true nor false; it has no meaning.  He might as well have said 'I nirblig voog'.

    That would be the truth, it would be impossible to talk for any length of time and not tell some truth.

Most people aren't tied to such strict rules that they aren't allowed to make generalizations.  A person can say they "always lie" and mean it because we understand the accepted usage of that statement.  If what they are saying is meant as a logic puzzle, then I have no clue and they hurt my head, Ow.
