If a personnal injury claim is won in the high court,is there limits to how much is received?uk?

if a person wins the case,could they receive £20,000 or is there a limit,could they receive nothing under £50,000.

  1. There is no upper or lower limit.


  2. Well it would depend also on the amount of 'out of pocket expenses' the claimant has spent, on top of earnings lost etc.  Every case will be tried on it's own merits.
