5cent discount on fuel if you buy a €6 car wash how much fuel do you need to buy to make it profitable.

Wash the car yourself and use the money for other relevant things.  Washing the vehicle is part of exercise.

It would seem that washing your care is just part of taking care of it. So I would guess that any amount of 10gal/liters would be profitable But I would use the max. to save as much as you can since you will use the fuel anyway
