If a player abandons a game, how do you force them to quit?

i am playing a game of literati and the other person has been idle for about 10 mins. I don't want to quit or resign the game as I have a good score and it will help my rating. How can i force my opponent to quit?

Wait until the time ends.

There is no way to make your opponent quit the game.  You will have to wait until it is timed out.
