If there is such a thing as a negative zero, then that would be her rating for not using her head.  She should sack her generals.  And, she should step down.  She is full of empty threats.  She can end the fighting in Mindanao if she wants to; she has the advantage of firepower and men  however, she chooses to remain passive or indulgent.  She cannot remain in such a stance, she has to be decisive because the future of Mindanao is at her hands.
