only if it is an illegal substance and tested twice. The stick test is not good enogh---must follow a chain of custody.

In connection with my pre application for employment (including contract services), I understand that an investigative consumer report is being sent to DAC Services.

This will include information as to my character, work habits, performance and experience, along with reasons for

terminations of past employment from previous employers.

Further, I understand that the company will be requesting information concerning my driving record and/or information from various federal, state and other agencies which maintain records concerning traffic offenses, accidents, etc.  

As well as information from DAC concerning previous driving record request made by others such as state agencies, state provided driving records, claims involving me in the files of insurance companies and testing records.
