If a princess kisses a frog and the frog turns into a prince its known as a fairy tale.

If a frog wins the affection of time and turns to a prince, is that science?

Don't add long ago and far away to the scenario, that just makes it more of a fairy tale.

I hope you wanted a real answer here.

Firstly, modern frogs did NOT evolve into humans. Secondly, time alone is not enough to cause evolution to occur (you need environmental pressures, mutations, etc.). Thirdly...well, those two should be enough for you to at least rethink your question.
