If a protein is sequenced AAAUGCGAG and it is mutated with AAAUGAGAG,what will happen to the resulting protein

The mutation is a point mutation changing C to A.  If you look at the table that shows what amino acid the codon codes for, it changes.  UGC codes for cystine and UGA codes for stop.  So the resulting protein will be incomplete, and therefore most likely unusable.
