if a psychiatrist lies to the the Federal goverment to claim money and plenty of free drugs from the VA to start a mafia to resell the drugs to the public who is the best agency to report him to and it could all be proven but who would care to listen?

  3. Further, a psychiatrist is a licensed medical doctor in the state where he/she is practicing, so make a report to the licensing board with the proof.
