If a rapper gives you an STD can you sue them?

This girl I work with is kind of a sleazy girl. She goes to clubs and concerts and tries to sleep with rappers and celebrities. I heard her telling a fellow co-worker that a popular rapper gave her herpes. Can she sue?

you can sue for anything.  Whether she'd win or lose isn't something we can answer.  Depending on the details she may or may not have a realistic chance of winning.

Um, she could I guess. I doubt that there would be a good enough Reason to, but she can go ahead and try.

im not sure about herpes but if someone gives someone AIDS and doesnt tell their partner that they have AIDS then they could go to jail or get sued. hope that sorta helped.
