If a resturant was to open in your area, what kind of resturant would you like it to be?

It would be nice to have an Mexican Restaurant open that didn't have a buffet in it. Just good ole Mexican food prepared for you when you order it. How about On the Border?

steak \ with smorgasboard to where you could have a choice of steak dinner or eat from food bar possibly able to order a alcohol beverage if choose too.....what would be one ive often heard lots of people wished we had a white castle and also a rallys

a "local grown" themed place would be HUGE in my area.

a place that uses local ingredients for their menu.

it could offer a wide variety of ethnicity and based on the season, the menu could really be dynamic.

car wash while you eat. cozy atmosphere with good food. valet takes your car and its squeeky clean when you get it back.

One like the used to have back in the days with a jukebox and icecream floats, where you always see students go to have a good time.

Something with an urban feel to it. Kinda like an Urban Outfitters restaurant. I would also want the food to be very diverse (Elephant Bar, etc.). That would be cool!
