That would depend on what keywords the site has PR1 for, it obviously has good SEO for whatever those keywords are. Whether or not the site is converting prospects to customers at a fair rate would determine whether or not the site has a good/normal future.

well it depends on how many visits it gets a day, but its still an early stage to say if its good or bad...I would say it needs more work to become good but it really depends.

That all depends on what you have been doing for marketing. if you have not done too much and that is just from visitors landing on your site I would say it is great but if you have spent a great deal of money than I would say it is ok.
