If it's flying... I believe it would be the crow, its the onnly one that can fly. Well some ants can fly (flying ants) but the crow goes faster. If you are just wondering who could get across the fastest, then I say the horse.

If you want everyone (but the skunk, my plan doesnt involve him winning) to win then maybe the crow ate the ant. Then the crow was sitting on the horse. Then the skunk shot some stinkyness and made the horse run across the lake carrying the crow with the dead ant.
