  1. Reboot the Computer and Log in to your account if everything goes fine and no errors its safe to delete everything from the quarantine

  2. No, if a virus is spyware/virus is quarantined then it will not affect your PC. Quarantined items will not have the ability to affect your PC. It's safe once a spyware/virus has been quarantined. If you're sure it's not an important file then you can delete it. You should leave it in the virus chest for a while to see if your computer is working propertly. If you don't see any problems with you PC after about a month then I think you can safely delete the quarantined item.

  3. No, if the virus is quarantined , it will not harm your system. and that means the virus has been isolated.. The quarantined items are encoded and placed into a a special non-executable folder where they can't do any damage to your computer and files..  I would recommend to delete it.. Thats a safe option. Sometimes it happens the virus affects the system 32 files, quarantining them is good. If you uninstall the whole anti virus program, and it is possible that the quarantined virus may get back into your system..Good luck

  4. It can't affect your PC if it's quarantined, but deleting it wouldn't hurt anything.

  5. When quarantined, it'll not affect other files.

And if you want to delete it, yes you can but I suggest you create a restore point b4 removing it just in case something is not quite right with your PC.
