If a state in Mexico wants to become part of the US, do we have the right to invade Mexico?

Would it make a difference if that state had a lot of former US. Citzens living there?

Would we also be right to not only invade that state, but also take over large areas outside that state and destroy the Mexican Coast Guard?

  4. yes because most of their citizens are here . We should annex the whole country and use in for landfill and Nuke waste storage
