If a stock is delisted, how can I trade shares of the company?

I.e. if a company falls below a 1.00 share price, they can be delisted. If that happens, how can I trade shares of that company?

  1. You should be able to trade them on the pink sheets. Here is a link.  Any broker should be able to trade it for you.

  2. You should be able to trade this with just about any on-line broker (via, the pink sheets). This will be transparent for you.

    You might be interested to know that the biggest mistake of new traders is buying shares under $5.00.  The area of the market that requires the most skill attracts the least skilled!

    You should wait until you're successful trading larger cap stocks before going after penny stocks. Maybe after 5-10 years.

  3. If their SEC filings are up to date, the can be quoted on the OTC bulletin board, and anybody can be quoted in the pink sheets, or a foreign market.

    Note: there are many reasons for a delisting besides ow share price.
