  1. Interesting concept. Not sure exactly how I'll return a feeling of Good-will that a stranger gave too me. I'd hope that I would at least wave back, but the problem is if I even notice. My sight isn't really focused on them, at the time.

  26. i would want to be polite to the kid, so yes i would waive and smile. i personally have kids and if they wore to waive to someone the common courtesy is to at least waive back or atleast a smile it wont kill ya
