  1. no that would just make him a genius, cause have u ever tried explaining a smaller pupil how 2 solve the problem(4 ex math) in a way that she/he would understand, cause I can solve the problem, but the kid doesn't learned that equation yet, so u have 2 explain it in details, part by part

  2. No.  It is a matter of personal preference.  While the academic content of fifth grade may be greater than that of kindergarten, the behavioral issues in kindergarten may be harder to manage.

  3. I wouldn't think so.

Quite often, teaching the younger pupils is a much more difficult job than senior work.

  4. No.

  5. The younger the harder. Elementary students need to taught the basic foundation of every subject. It is extremely important. So the answer is absolutly not.

  6. On the contrary, it would show respect from the senior managers because you need the best teachers with the youngest children laying the foundation for later years when many students take responsibility for their own leaning.

  7. haha...thats kewl 8=)

  8. No. Knowledge is one, it has no 'younger' or 'older' distinctions; only the communication of it may differ. In fact, reaching out to younger has greater challenge and fulfilment . Just because one is shifted to teach younger is no degrading!

  9. Maybe the teacher was upgraded in size and now wants more time to degrade to proper grade size.   ( LOL) and wants to carry an easier case load.

THUS DEGRADED DOWNSIZED WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT..

  10. Maybe a question better asked in Wordplay. ; )

I don't know the answer, but I know that our pre-level one license used to be called substandard.  So we used to have quite a few "substandard" teachers in our classrooms!  (So glad they changed it!)
