    if u r on the train ur going 2 mph in relation to the train.

    if ur on the train u r going 3 mph in relation to the ground. backward.

  6. you are netting 3 MPH to the extent of how long the train is....(once you reach the back of the train, you would have to jump off to still net less than the train) however, as it pertains to the train it is still 5 MPH
