it does, even if no one is around to hear it it still technically has a sound. Plus animals are always somewhere in forests and they can hear as well. Also sound is vibration, and when trees fall they always give off a vibration no matter what..

Yes. It makes sound waves and animals, insects and birds all hear those waves.  If there was nothing there to pick up the sound waves, the waves will still occur, but nobody is there to hear them.

Yes, it does, so long as there's air.

However, if in a vacuum, there's no sound coming from the tree due to the lack of air.

So unless you're in a science lab, the tree will make a sound.

This fundamental philosophical question is really questioning existance.  Does a sound exist because it is made or because it is recognized?  Do we exist if no one is there to agree?

I believe that we exist simply because we do, and we do not need agreement as proof.  Therefore, the sound exists without anyone to hear it

Conversely, if you believe that existence is conceptual and needs concordance in order to be verified, then the tree does not make a sound, or fall or exist...for that matter.

if nobody is there then no. in order to hear noise, your ears vibrate sounds. If there is nobody there to hear the noise, it doesn't make one.
