  1. umm duh oh coure it makes sound.

  2. yeah but your not gonna hear it..

  3. Yes...

  4. it doesnt make a "sound." it makes a "noise." theres a difference.

  5. If you look up the definition of sound, there are two primary ways the word is used in this context.  One definition includes the hearing of a listener, and the other does not, but only deals with the vibration of the air.  So it depends on how you use the word.  Words are like that, and especially interesting when we go from one language to another.  Another word that has an ambiguous meaning is to judge. It can mean either to discern or to condemn.  We clearly should do the former but not the latter, right?

  6. Yes

  7. Yeah, It says "Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!"

  8. It would create sound waves.

Our auditory system has to convert this into sound. It transmits the effect of the waves to our brain which interpets it as a sound.

If no one is the forest, there is no sound. There are only sound waves which are not converted to sound because there are no auditory systems in the forest to do this.

  9. Define "nobody."

  10. probably cuz a heavy tree hit the ground

idk maybe i heard it always does
