  1. No, it means that maybe she wasn't born with it intact, she could have had a minor accident that broke it.  It isn't always painful for a hymen to break.  Some women (or girls) don't even feel it.  All it means is that her hymen isn't intact.  If she's not displaying any signs of molestation then she is fine...

  2. here is a link i found...i hope it eases your wife's mind.....

she may have just been born without one...doesnt mean she was molested....

  3. my question is: did you have your daughter checked to find out? or your wife had doubts your daughter was abused and that made her go check.

I believe a doctor can tell if she was born without or sexually abused. you really need to investigate more.

have a list of all the people who stayed a lone with your daughter.

i am like your wife, i would really freak out!

  4. Well, unless she has injured her vaginal area in a critical manner.....she probably was. The hymen should be intact, not bruised, and not stretched. You seem awfully nonchalant for a father with a little girl with an unintact hymen.....

  5. Nobody should be examining your two year old's hymen.  Some people are born without them, but there's no reason to do a genital exam on a toddler *unless* you're looking for rape/molestation evidence or she's suffered an injury to her genitals.

  6. it could another sign is if she has a problem with people changing or bathing her

  7. That is a possibility, but there are so many other issues that it could be that there is no way to reasonably tell unless she's showing some emotional problems.
