I believe that is Murphy's Law.

Beneath just watching it or not, if you pay attention to it at all, it doesnt boil and then once you forget about it, then it boils over.

I just stood there waiting for my eggs to start boiling and the phone rang and not 2 seconds later they boiled and now they're all cracked, wth?
