If a website doesnt exept paypal does that mean its illegal?

so i want to buy something on ebay but the person only exepts credit cards. They dont exept paypal, money orders, or checks. so would that mean they could be illegal?

  1. Not like that. Some times paypal gives refund for the person who buys the product even after the delivery of the product. So thats why merchants now a days go away from paypal and people want to buy from paypal and later they claim the money and some lucky fellows gets that money from paypal.

  2. If they don't ACCEPT Pay Pal, it might just be that they don't sell a lot on E-bay. It might also be a way of getting your credit card information. I wouldn't buy from them.
