  1. Whose movie? What movie? If it's your own home movie, or belongs to the web-site producers (or has a license) then go right ahead. In any case, it would be the "distributor" committing a crime, but only if done for profit or to prevent the rightful copyright owners from profiting.


  2. I'm not exactly sure, but I would consider this the same as watching it from a TV broadcast. The website would be the ones that are breaking the law if they do not have permission to stream the video.

  3. i have watched movies off of the website (ovguide) and had no problems at all.I wondered the same thing myself.
