If a widow has a will leaving estate to 4 nieces & nephews, 1 niece has joint acct. is money hers or estates?

the widow's will specifies estate to go to 4 family members, if 1 niece has a joint account with widow, will the money in account belong to her or to the 4 equally shared?

OK for the thumber.. dont get an attorney and get skrewed out of your money! I am sure the other side (whichever side you are on) has an attorney and is hoping that you dont.
