well she could be shy or s****., depedning on what they do.

to they roles their eyes, or act impatient? bc that just being rude.

if they more are just quiet and kinda just keep to themeselves almost they could just be shy

if they just ignore you plainly...maybe they just cant see you, litereally.

The moment you try to rationalize her behaviour you are accepting you are partly to blame. If she (kinda) ignores you, move on with whatever it is you were doing and let her approach you later if that is what you wish.

Trying to explain behaviours that are unacceptable to us is just a defense mechanism we use.
